TRS Weekly eLetter Guide
- As long as it is on the calendar, Temple-wide programming will be promoted in the eLetter a week before the event takes place UNLESS it falls on a Saturday or Sunday, in which case it will be added to the eLetter the week it takes place; there is no need for reminder emails or requests.
- Announcement/Mitzvah Opportunities/Community Partner requests for the eLetter are due on Wednesdays at noon (the day prior to the eLetter being distributed). These requests do NOT guarantee placement. Send requests to communications@templerodefshalom.org.
- The Announcements/Mitzvah Opportunities/Community Partner sections are limited to 50 word descriptions. Titles are limited to no more than 50 characters.
- D'var Torah submissions are due on Wednesdays at noon (the day prior to the eLetter being distributed).
Committee-Driven Newsletter Guide
- Submit your content via email to communications@templerodefshalom.org at least 7 days prior to your newsletter's distribution date.
- Ensure that you and your committee have approved the content prior to emailing it to the Communications Manager.
- Your email will not be sent until you give written approval; no updates will be made after you have given approval.
