As the largest Reform congregation in Virginia, we embrace our responsibility to be a spiritual home for all who seek connection, meaning, and belonging. 

As we strive to meet the needs of all congregants so that they may participate in all aspects of synagogue life, we want to be prepared behind the scenes. This is not only to help with individual needs, but to look at overall trends, so that we can better create and set up programming to meet the needs of all those who attend.
