Each of our TRS clergy members will host a presentation and discussion with a colleague from another movement in Judaism. What are the differences in history, theology, customs and practices? What lies in the future for these movements? Where do you align and differ in these different approaches to Jewish living? Come and be part of the conversation! 

Jul 10: Conservative Judaism with Rabbi Schwartzman and Rabbi Amelia Wolf of Congregation Etz Hayim

Jul 17: Orthodox Judaism with Rabbi Saxe and Rabbi Uri Topolosky, Rabbi of Kehilat Pardes, The Rock Creek Synagogue in Rockville, MD

Jul 24: Reform Judaism Rabbi Stein and Cantor Michaeli will invite recently ordained reform rabbis who grew up or worked at TRS to talk about new directions in the Reform Movement.

Jul 31: Renewal/Chavurah/Independent Judaism with Rabbi Sarah Tasman, Director of Congregational Education and Ketzirah Lesser, artist, maker, mussar teacher and ordained Kohenet (Hebrew priestess). She is founder of Devotaj, a sacred arts studio.

Aug 7: Reconstructionist Judaism with Cantor Shochet and guest
