Try something new this Chanukah: Polpette di Melanzane, Italian Fried Eggplant "Meatballs". They are a great alternative to latkes and a vegetarian dinner recipe. Serve alone or with warm marinara sauce and grated Parmesan cheese. Use a plant-based cheese substitute to make this a vegan dish. The second dish is a twist on an old favorite – Artichoke Potato Latkes. Save this recipe, too, since it can also be made kosher for Passover.

WoTRS President Council member and master chef Bernice Porrazzo will teach you how to make these delicious recipes which will be sent to registrants before the event.

Baking in the Neighborhood classes are open to all TRS and WoTRS members and ECC parents.
